Yes, absolutely! These sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re in your first trimester or closer to birth, there’s so much we can do to support your body, your baby, and your peace of mind. No need to have started “at the perfect time.”

The 3-session mini package is ideal for short-term support or working through something specific—like navigating nausea, reviewing labs, or creating a trimester-specific plan.
The 6-session package is a deeper container of care, designed to support you across all three trimesters. It allows time to build a strong nutritional foundation, address shifting needs, and offer more consistent, personalized support.

Most clients meet every 3–4 weeks, which gives us space to align your care with the natural rhythms of each trimester. It’s a pace that’s supportive but never overwhelming. You also have coaching support via chat/email in between sessions so you’re always supported.

You won’t be on your own in between! With both the 3 and 6 session packages, you’ll receive ongoing coaching support, including bi-weekly check-ins, encouragement, and personalized resources or reminders as needed. You’ll also have unlimited chat/email access with 24-hour response time.
